Denise Cloran Gruender
B.S., Owner
Denise oversees all ABC activities and helps coordinate the admission screenings program. She was an elementary school teacher in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School System prior to the inception of ABC Educational Services. She received a Baccalaureate of Science in Elementary Education with dual minors in Reading and Early Childhood Education from Ohio Northern University.
Denise is active in the community, speaks publicly on educational issues, directs the youth program at her church and has held seats on private local school boards in previous years. As an experienced educational professional and mother of two young daughters, she is vitally aware of the educational concerns of teachers and parents.
Erika Gladys
B.S., Office Manager
Erika Gladys is the Office Manager at ABC Educational Services. A proud graduate of Wingate University, Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. She has been part of the ABC family for over ten years, bringing dedication, organization, and a caring spirit to her work every day.
Erika’s connection to ABC began when her son attended the school — an experience that inspired her to join the team. She was deeply moved by the compassion and commitment the staff showed her family and wanted to contribute to that same supportive environment for other students and parents.
Outside of work, Erika and her husband enjoy spending time with their two children and supporting them in their activities and interests. Her friendly presence and attention to detail help ensure that ABC Educational Services continues to run smoothly and provide the best experience possible for every family.
